There is now an Adoption Form to be filled out. Once I have reviewed this form, I will contact applicants for further discussion and information. Only several applicants per expected litter will be chosen initially.
There are contractual obligations and evaluations to be considered with every litter. With mother nature, you never know how many kittens you will be blessed with, and this also refers to sex, color & pattern, nothing is a guarantee. If you are not open to possibilities, perhaps this process is not for you.
Applicants chosen will be required to send a non-refundable secured deposit. This deposit can be transferred to another litter for up to 18 months. I will also keep on file additional forms, at least 2 per litter, and will contact those applicants when the litter is approximately 10 to 12 weeks of age if any kittens become available.
Happy Kat Rags does not allow visitation for the Safety of the Kittens.
My kittens are like my children, it’s my responsibility to nurture and guide them, encourage proper scratching post behavior, teach them good table etiquette, and most importantly, place them in the right forever home.
I take my responsibilities very seriously.

I make no promises or predictions on color, sex, or pattern. I am thrilled to have happy, healthy babies, period. Whatever is given to me, I love and take care of, and start them on the road to adulthood.
Pet Kittens are altered at approximately 14 – 16 weeks of age, will have three 3-way shots of killed vaccine, receive their Rabies shot, be microchipped, and had deworming and flea/tick prevention treatment, if necessary. Essentially the first year’s worth of vet cost are already taken care of for you.
Kittens will be accompanied to their new homes with food, toys, a box of Catit litter in your choice of scent, either Lavender or Vanilla, a NVR Miss litter pan, and a new carrier.
Because The Ragdoll breed takes a long time to grow and mature, 14-16 weeks is an approximate time frame. Kittens will be altered at a minimum of 3 lbs and when I’m comfortable with their growth and progress. Their health and welfare is my priority.
Kittens will be able to be registered in one of the following federations: CFA, CFF or TICA.
Very occasionally breeder and or show quality kittens may be available to approved catteries only. Please directly contact me for terms and pricing.
